Thomas Whitsett brings over a decade of experience across every level of baseball, most notably as a Pitching Coordinator and Triple-A Pitching Coach with the Houston Astros.

During his time with Houston, he earned a World Series ring in 2022 and added another in 2024, helping lead the Sugar Land Space Cowboys to a Pacific Coast League title and the Triple-A National Championship.

Since entering professional baseball in 2019, Thomas has played a key role in the development of over 36 pitchers who have reached—or are currently pitching in—the Major Leagues.

Prior to his time with the Astros, he served as the Director of Pitching Development at the University of Arizona.
